Funeral services for Rachel Bean, 68, of Anacoco, will be held at 2 p.m.
Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville with the Rev. Kenneth Baggs and Rev. Walter Dixon officiating. Burial will follow in the Mitchell Cemetery in Anacoco, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of
Leesville.

Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Monday, December 6, 2010 and on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 from 8 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Rachel, the daughter of William
and Elizabeth Evans Miers was born on January 6, 1942, in Sabine Parish, Louisiana. She passed away on December 5, 2010 at Byrd Regional Hospital in Leesville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Huey Bean and parents,
W. L. and Lizze Miers.

She is survived by her, son, Bruce and Renee Bean of Anacoco; daughter, Ellen and Kenny Baggs, Jr. of Hornbeck; brother, Bruce and Carolyn Miers of Toro; children by love, Robert and Stacey Laughlin;
grandchildren, C.J. Baggs, R.T. Laughlin, Jessica Brooks and Clinton Brooks and great grandchild, Randi Brooks.
