Flavio T. DeMoraes, 74, of Leesville, passed from this life on Wednesday,
May 25, 2011 at his residence.
Mr. DeMoraes was a long time resident of Leesville. Flavio worked as a mechanic for Palmer and Alford Motor Co. as well as The Oil Shop for many years and retired from Coushatta Casino.
He is
preceded in death by his parents, Edmund and Elza DeMoraes; and son, Harold DeMoraes.
Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years, Luiza DeMoraes of Leesville; son, Lee Roy DeMoraes
of Leesville; daughter: Monicalee DeMoraes
of Leesville; grandchildren, Mikah DeMoraes-
Lee, Triston DeMoraes, William Lee, Koby Richardson, Jackson Richardson, Faithlyn DeMoraes;
twin brother, Walmir Todoverto DeMoraes; brothers, Edmund DeMoraes, Alvaro DeMoraes;
sisters:
Marcia DeMoraes of Brazil, Claudia DeMoraes of Brazil, Adriana DeMoraes of Brazil.
Visitation will be Friday May 27, 2011 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Hixson Funeral Home in Leesville.
The service will be Saturday May
28, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Hixson Funeral Home Chapel.
