Funeral services for Jennifer Louise Bowers, 55, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 13, at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville. Burial will follow in the Self Cemetery in Hornbeck under the direction of Labby
Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held from 8 a.m. until time of service Saturday, August 13 at the funeral home.
Jennifer, the daughter of Foster Bowers, Sr., and Dean Moody Bowers, was born on May 22,
1956, in New Orleans. She passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2011, in Lake Charles.
She was preceded in death by her father, Foster Mitchell Bowers, Sr., and brother, Alvin Steve Bowers.
She is survived by her mother, Dean
Bowers of Florien; daughter Susan Hyatt and husband Michael of Leesville; brother, Mitch Bowers, Jr. of Florien, and three grandchildren, Lillyan Hyatt, Emily Hyatt and Alayna Hyatt; and a host of other family.
