Bonnie Owers, 56, a life long resident of Leesville, passed away March 29, 2012 in LSU-Shreveport.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on April 2 at Oak Forest Baptist Church in Leesville. Burial will follow in the church
cemetery under the direction of Heritage Rowe Funeral Home.
The family request that friends visit them from 5-9 p.m. on March 31 and April 1 at Oak Forest Baptist Church.
Survivors to cherish her memories include her father,
Tafford Doyle; sons, William Murry Johnson and Cory E. Johnson; daughter, Vicky Sue Witt and husband Michael; brothers, Jimmy Doyle and wife Janice, abd Johnny Ray Doyle and wife Lesa; sisters, Connie Ruth Hunt and husband Glen, and Dorothy J.
Denniston; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Owers worked in the nursing home industry in her career.
