Funeral services for Brandon D. Jeane, 27, of Leesville will be held at 2
p.m. on Aug. 19 at Canaan Baptist Church with Bro. Morris Goins officiating. Burial will follow in the Canaan Cemetery, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. on Aug. 18 until
the time of service on Aug. 19 at the church.
Brandon, the son of Roger Jeane and Pamela Marze, was born on Nov. 24, 1984, in Lake Charles. He passed away on Aug 16, 2012.
Brandon attended Evans High School. He was a superb
basketball player and was loved very much by his coach and his teachers.
Brandon was a fun loving young man who had a big smile for everyone he met, and he never met a stranger. He was a hard worker and willing to help anyone in need. He
enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his family; especially his only niece, MaKayla Hackett. McKayla always held a special place in Brandon’s heart.
Brandon is survived by his father, Roger Jeane of Leesville; mother, Pamela
Marze of Merryville; one sister, Ashley Hackett of Slagle; one niece, McKayla Hackett of Slagle; grandmother, Peggy Jeane of Leesville; and a very special friend, Sharon Edwards of Noble. He is also survived by three uncles, Jerry Jeane, Paul Jeane
and Kevin Jeane, all of Leesville; and numerous loved ones and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Maxie Jeane of Leesville and Glen Marze of Merryville; grandmother, Donnie Sue Marze of Merryville; nephew, Tristan
Hackett of Slagle and uncle, Ronald Marze.
