Memorial services for Kermit K. “KK” Duhon, 78, of
Leesville will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 18 at Sandy Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Sandy Guynn and Rev. Amos Ezell officiating. Services are under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be
Friday, Oct. 17 at 10 a.m. until service time on Saturday, Oct. 18 at the church.
KK, the son of J.C. and Mabel Duhon, was born Feb. 4, 1936 in Sulphur. He passed away Saturday, Oct. 11 in Alexandria.
KK was a longtime resident
of Leesville. He was a former president and member of the Rotary Club. He was a member of Sandy Hill Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, J.C. and Mabel Duhon; brother, Jerry Duhon; and brother-in-law, Jimmy
Hudson.
He is survived by his wife, Ione Duhon of Leesville; two sisters, Judy Tuter of Orange, Texas and Becky Hudson of Burkeville, Texas; two sons; one daughter-in-law; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and
nephews; and a host of friends.
