William “Glenn” Johnson, age 63, of Leesville
passed away in his home February 11, 2016 with his family at his side.
He was born March 23, 1952 in DeRidder to William Grady and Tommie G. (Oakes) Johnson. Mr. Johnson served in the Louisiana National Guard during the Vietnam War. He
enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and farming. He was a member of Providence Baptist Church.
He married the love of his life, Brenda Kaye Dunlap, and she survives, along with his two sons, John and David Johnson, both of Rosepine, and
his three grandchildren, Lexie Marie, John Glenn, Jr., and Brayden Josiah Johnson, along with two brothers, Paul Johnson of Evans and Clifton Johnson of DeRidder.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter-in-law, Dorothy
Johnson.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Monday, February 15, 2016 at Providence Baptist Church, 2206 Providence Rd in Leesville with burial following in Providence Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5-10 p.m. Sunday at the church.
