Funeral services for Jaime Santana Vazquez, 91, of
Leesville will be held Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at 1 p.m. at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville. Burial will follow in the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery.

Visitation was Tuesday, July 12, from 6 p.m.
until 8 p.m. and will resume on Wednesday, July 13, from 8 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Jaime, the son of Antonia Santana and Josefa Vazquez, was born on Feb. 14, 1925, in Caguas, Puerto Rico. He passed away
on Friday, July 8, 2016, in Leesville.

Mr. Vazquez was a United States Army veteran, having served in World War II and Vietnam. He worked for the Vernon Parish School Board as a Bus Driver for 13 years and worked with his son
for 32 years at Los Margaritas Restaurant. He loved yard work, gardening, cooking and music.

He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Francisca Santana of Leesville; son, Robert Santana and wife, Nelda of Leesville; daughter,
Virginia Gonzalez and husband, Rafael of Houston, Texas; sister, Hildo Rios of Puerto Rico; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
