A memorial service for Bonnie Elizabeth Benton,
44, of Merryville, will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 4, at the First Presbyterian Church in DeRidder with the Rev. Jerry Egbert officiating.
Benton passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2017, in Shreveport.
She is survived by
her husband, James Anthony Benton, of Merryville; three daughters, Chynah Maré Benton of Houston, Hillary Paige Benton of Merryville and Aliya Noel Benton of Baton Rouge; one son, Gage Michael Benton of Merryville; and her six dogs, Lady, Chowder,
Corberus, Ace, Harley and Luna.
