The following menus for Jan. 9-12 for Vernon schools have been submitted by supervisors of food services. Menus are subject to change.

Lunch

MONDAY: No school.

TUESDAY: Chicken nuggets, mac attack and cheese, green beans, chilled pear halves, whole-wheat roll.

WEDNESDAY: Taco salad with whole-grain chips, Mexicana corn, taco salad cup, fruit, raisin bread.

THURSDAY: Chicken and dumplings, frozen mixed vegetables, chilled peaches, ice cream, cornbread.

FRIDAY: Cheesy chili mac or lasagna, buttered corn, creamy coleslaw, fruit, whole-wheat garlic bread.

Breakfast

MONDAY: No school.

TUESDAY: Breakfast wrap, pear halves.

WEDNESDAY: Blueberry snackn’ waffles, banana.

THURSDAY: Assorted cereal, cinnamon graham cracker, fruit.

FRIDAY: Biscuit, white gravy, sliced ham, grapes.
