Nancy Jane Ourso Wambsgans left us on Jan. 7, at the age of 74.
She was born and raised in Leesville, but has called Chicago home over the last decade, after previous stops in Detroit and St. Louis.
She was preceeded in death by her parents, James V. Ourso Sr. and Lucille (Moses) Ourso, both of Leesville; and a sibling, Tamara Ann (Ourso) Giffin. She leaves behind a sister, Virginia Kai Ourso of Leesville; and a brother, James V. Ourso Jr. of Baton Rouge.
She is also survived by a son, E. Jason Wambsgans and his partner Cindy, of Chicago; and a daughter, Lauren Wambsgans Jensen and her husband Garrett, also of Chicago. She had four amazing grandkids: Katie, Thomas, Nina and Enzo.
