The following menus for April 17-21 for Vernon schools have been submitted by supervisors of food services. Menus are subject to change.

Lunch

MONDAY: Steak finger basket, mashed potatoes with gravy, Italian-seasoned green beans, peaches, whole-wheat roll.

TUESDAY: Pizza, steamed whole-kernel corn, mixed fruit, ice cream cup, taco salad cup.

WEDNESDAY: Baked chicken, steamed cabbage, candied sweet potatoes, fruit Jell-o cup, whole-wheat cornbread.

THURSDAY: Salisbury steak with gravy, whole-grain rice, sweet peas, whole-wheat roll.

FRIDAY: Chili hot dog, French fries, ranch-style beans, fruit, coleslaw.

Breakfast

MONDAY: Pancake sausage on a stick, pear halves.

TUESDAY: Assorted cereal, cinnamon graham cracker, fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Breakfast wrap, watermelon.

THURSDAY: Blueberry snackin waffles, cinnamon spice apples.

FRIDAY: Assorted cereal, cinnamon graham cracker, fruit.
