Kenneth A. Mayo, 48, of Porter, Texas, passed from this life on Sunday, September 26, 2010 in Galveston, Texas. He was born in Moses Lake, Wash. but lived in Leesville until he moved to Texas. He was a 1980 graduate of Leesville High
School. He enjoyed fishing, hunting or anything outdoors. ?A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at 3 p.m. at Pine Hill Baptist Church in Leesville. ?Kenneth is preceded in death by his father, Elmer Mayo; mother Ruth Mayo; and
brother, Edward Mayo. He is survived by two children, daughter Holly Danielle Herzog of Dayton, Texas and son, Devin Lynn Holder, of Porter, Texas; two sisters, Pamela Holloway of Canyon Country, Calif. and Margaret Williams of Baytown, Texas; and
one brother; Robert Mayo of Porter, Texas. Kenneth was the proud uncle of seven nieces: Angela, Ashly, Megan, Samantha, Crystal, Leah and Victoria and three nephews: Michael, Robert and Anthony.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew
and loved him.
