Funeral services for Gayle Johnson Shaw, 80, of
Jacksonville, Texas are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 24 at Autry Funeral Home Chapel in Jacksonville with Bro. Larry Hunt officiating. Interment will be at Latexo Cemetery in Houston County at 2 p.m.
Mrs. Shaw passed away
Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015 in Jacksonville, Texas.
She was born Aug. 20, 1934 in Simpson.
Gayle was a member of the Woodlands Heights Baptist Church. She was owner/operator of Shaw Realty.
She was preceded in death by
her husband, Charles Lavon Shaw; parents, Wilburn and Bernice Johnson; and sons-in-law, Butch Jackson and Tommie Yarbrough.
Survivors include her son, Chuck Shaw and wife Sherry; daughters, Sherrie Yarbrough, Karen Jackson and Shannon Hunt
and husband Wayne; sister, Lynn Dell Pynes and husband Ray; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
Visitation will begin on Friday, Jan. 23 with family receiving friends from 5-7 p.m. at Autry
Funeral Home in Jacksonville, Texas.
