Jessie Vee (Hall) McWilliams, 88, of Anacoco, La.,
passed away on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015 in her residence. Ms. McWilliams was born Sept. 22, 1926 in Fullerton, Louisiana to Ely and Vinnie Huggins Hall. Ms. McWilliams was a member of the 1st Baptist Church of Anacoco. She was involved with the
women’s group at church and a member of the Heritage group of Vernon Parish for many years. She was a retiree of Civil Service, Fort Polk, La.
Ms. McWilliams was preceded in death by her husband, Roy McWilliams; parents, Ely and Vinnie
Huggins Hall; daughter, Pauline McWilliams; grandson, Garrett McWilliams; son-in-law, Ray Moore; two brothers and one sister.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Gary McWilliams, of Rosepine, La.; two daughters, Shirley Moore, of
Sulphur, La., Dean White and husband, Ed, of Morgan City, La.; six grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday, Sept. 25, 2015 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville, La. Funeral services will
be held on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville, La. Pallbearers will be Rick Moore, Kevin Moore, Brett White, Ryan White, Duane Lodrigue and Dustin McWilliams. Interment will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery in Hicks,
La.
