Memorial services for US Army (RET) SSG Billy F.
Shepard will be held Monday, February 22 at 1 pm in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 21, 2016, 5:00 p.m. until 8:00
p.m. at the funeral home.
Billy was the son of Roy and Josephine Smith Shepard born on October 5, 1944. He passed away on Feb. 15, 2016 at age 71.
He served three tours of duty in the Vietnam war. He was a Purple Heart
recipient and also a member of the VFW.
Billy was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, In Sun Shepard of New Llano; daughter Betty Ritter (44) of New Llano; grandchildren: Jonathan Ritter (22)
and Brandon Ritter (16), both of New Llano.
