Funeral services for Linda Jewel McNeely Doyle,
71, of Anacoco will be held Thursday, June 9, 2016
at 2 p.m. at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville, with Pastor Dave Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in the Holly Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be
Wednesday, June 8, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. and on Thursday, June 9 from 8 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
Linda, the daughter of Wilson and Jewel Dixon McNeely, was born on January 4, 1945, in Leesville. She passed away
on Monday, June 6, 2016, in Lake Charles.
Linda worked as a seamstress at CUBIC for many years and she so appreciated her work family. She absolutely loved and adored her grandchildren and everything related to them. She cooked for
everybody and on any occasion; she was always making jellies, canned vegetable, cookies and candies and would share with everybody. Her family also loved hearing her singing every morning happy birthday by the “Oatmeal Rangers” on the local radio.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Billy Doyle and daughter, Rhonda Hollabaugh.
She is survived by her children, Jeffery Bean of Anacoco, Darlene Keen & husband, Joseph of Sulphur, Kelly Lewis &
husband, Chuck of Spring, Texas, Bill Patrick Doyle & wife, Cindy of Hillsboro, Calif. and Dana Doyle & wife, Tracey of Broken Arrow, Okla.; brothers, James McNeely & wife, Margaret of Lake Wells, Fla., Bruce McNeely & wife, Betty of
Sulphur and Randy McNeely & wife, Bonnie of Sulphur; sisters, Evelyn Haymon & husband, J.E. of Anacoco and Sandy Duhon & husband, Ricky of Moss Bluff; grandchildren, Jared, Jordan, Stefanie, Douglas, Andrea, Brandy, Justin, Ian, Devin,
Kaitlyn & Collin and two grea- grandchildren.
