Funeral services for Eula Fontenot Causey, 85, of
Leesville will be held Saturday, August 25, 2018, at 10 am at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville. Burial will follow at 2 pm in the Vandenburg Cemetery in Bayou Chicot, LA, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of
Leesville.

Visitation will be Friday, August 24, 2018, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Eula was born on October 17, 1932, the third of four daughters to Meus and Lea Marcantel Fontenot in Mamou, LA.

She married Ceasal Causey on June 11, 1949 in Bayou Chicot, LA. They entered the ministry shortly thereafter. Together they served many communities throughout Louisiana.

She was a pastor’s wife, homemaker,
seamstress, musician, artist, captain of her volleyball team in school, mother to many and mawmaw to all.

She is survived by son; Jack Causey and wife Debbie of Leesville, LA., daughters; Pam Causey McCarty and husband Dodd of
Loxley, AL., Rene’ Causey Duhon and husband Darrell of Leesville, LA., and daughter-in-law; Reba Causey of Deridder, LA., 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by 2 husbands;
Ceasal Causey and Inis Deville, son; Clarence Causey, two infant daughters, son- in- law; Mark Nance and daughter-in-law; Joycelyn Hargis-Causey.

The family would like to express sincere appreciation for the compassionate care
given to our mom by the staffs of the Guardian Hospice, The Woodlands, Byrd Hospital, Deer Creek, Leesville Rehab, and many doctors, nurses, and CNA’s in our community, special thanks to Dr. Lubbos and Dr. Saikali.
