The following menus for Jan. 3-6 for Vernon schools have been submitted by supervisors of food services. Menus are subject to change.

Lunch

MONDAY: No school.

TUESDAY: No school.

WEDNESDAY: Taco soup, corn chips, carrots/cukes/broccoli cup, apple wedges, chocolate pudding.

THURSDAY: Chicken and sausage gumbo, steamed rice, potato salad, seasoned green beans, peach crunch, crackers.

FRIDAY: Corn dog, baked beans, oven-baked fries, mixed fruit.

Breakfast

MONDAY: No school.

TUESDAY: No school.

WEDNESDAY: Apple cinnamon whole-grain muffin, apple wedges.

THURSDAY: Pancake sausage on a stick, pear halves.

FRIDAY: Assorted cereal, cinnamon graham cracker, fruit.
